Accessibility Statement

A useful website must be usable by everyone. Here is where we stand and how to reach us if you encounter a barrier.

1. Our commitment

Inspecteur Élite wants this website to be usable by everyone, including people using assistive technologies. Our working reference is WCAG 2.2, Level AA, toward which we are making continuous progress.

2. Measures in place

Hierarchical heading structure and semantic HTML;
Descriptive alternative text on images;
Labels associated with every form field;
Keyboard navigation on interactive elements (FAQ, menus);
Responsive layout (mobile, tablet, desktop) and resizable text;
Declared language on every page (French / English) with an equivalent version in the other language.

3. Known limitations and ongoing improvements

The contrast of certain footer elements is being improved;
The homepage headline animation will be paired with support for the “reduce motion” preference;
Some downloadable PDF documents are not yet fully optimized for screen readers.
